Frustrating Repeatedly Cracking Windshield.

Here is an email I received about a frustrating repeatedly cracking windshield. My windshield has developed a 1" crack on the INSIDE of the glass. I can feel the crack with my finger on the inside of the windshield but nothing on the outside. The same thing happened when the car was about 3 months old and the dealer changed the windshield for me, assuming that it was a flaw. He said he had never seen that... My New Car Has Very Unusual Windshield Wiper Blades. What's Up?

Many new cars built starting about 2005 have a new style of windshield wiper blades that are very different. They have no metal frame. You can tell if your new car has flex blade style wipers by lifting the wiper arm off the glass, if it hangs in a big arc and has no metal to it you have these new blades.
